I am currently living in Санкт-Петербург <3 ! I love this city so much, its people, and the metro. It is completely different to what you normally hear within weastern media. The only thing is that it is much harder to live vegan when comparing it to Berlin.
The pictures show the view from the flat. Not the best view but affordable. I took them at the day of my arrival. There was a fire in the building next to mine.

Kurzanleitung:
-> veganen Mürbteig zubereiten
-> Haselnüsse und Mandeln kleinhacken (siehe Foto-Dokumentation)
-> Masse aus Margarine, Agavensirup, Wasser, einer Prise Salz und den gehackten Nüssen und Mandeln auf den Teig bringen
-> Backen und die Schnitten in vegane Schokolade tauchen 🙂
